And that is why Food Centre Wales provides some of the best training courses available. Food training programme's are delivered by Food Centre Wales, a full schedule of all the courses follows. All courses other than the practical skills courses can either be delivered at Food Centre Wales or at your preferred venue.

Food Centre Wales delivers in-house designed courses to meet HACCP directives to the meat, dairy and catering sectors. Basic meat skills can be studied and practically applied and the new dairy training wing provides basic dairy training skills.
