Incubator Units

In 2005 with the assistance of Objective 1 European Funding match funded with National Assembly for Wales Local Generation Fund, 4 high Food Grade Incubator Units were constructed at Food Centre Wales.

The project was developed to assist small start up innovative food companies to develop their business’. 2 companies have now acquired space in the units and are adding value to locally produced milk with a range of soft cheeses under Pont Gar brand, and organic meats under Cambrian Hills brand
