Take the hassle out of HACCP

A HACCP plan is an essential part of running a food business and Food Centre Wales is offering you the chance to attend a blended 2-part workshop, delivered online and in person. The first session will be held online and the second will be face to face at Food Centre Wales.

Gain the skills required to write and implement an effective HACCP, together with the chance to gain an accredited qualification.

The workshop is open to HELIX eligible businesses who will pay their standard contribution* and gain a certificate of attendance at the end. Evidence of Food Safety Training will be required before joining the workshop and you will be required to complete BOTH sessions.
