A five day course aimed at senior supervisory staff, and managers in larger SMEs and large businesses. The qualification is intended for those whose role includes responsibility for food safety and operational management responsibilities, and it is highly recommended that learners already hold a Level 3 Food Safety certificate, and have some experience of working within a role with awareness of Food Safety Management Systems.  If you have any questions about the suitability of this qualification, just give us a call!

This certificate is a life time certificate, but it is suggested you maintain evidence of Continual Personal Development to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
