As part of our work under the Welsh Government-backed The HELIX Programme, we’re pleased to announce a series of Food & Drink Business Roadshows across Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys.

These drop-in events are designed to give food and drink producers quick, easy and local access to expert advice, tailored support, and valuable connections. Whether you’re an established business or just starting out, this is your opportunity to speak to the right people - without the need to travel far or take too much time out of your day.

At each event, we’ll be joined by a fantastic mix of regional and national support organisations. You’ll have the opportunity to chat with teams from Food Centre Wales, Business Wales, Cywain, Antur Teifi, Landsker, local authority representatives and others. Between us, we’ll be offering support on everything from technical guidance and insight data to funding opportunities, training options and business development.

Confirmed events so far include:

• Ceredigion – The Moody Cow, 4 June 2025
• Carmarthenshire – The National Botanic Garden of Wales, 7 July 2025

We’re also planning events in Pembrokeshire and Powys later in the year. These dates and venues will be shared as soon as they’re confirmed, so watch this space!

Each event will run from 10:00am to 2:00pm and you're welcome to drop in at any point during that time. There is no need to book, but to help us with planning, we would really appreciate it if you could register your expression of interest here.
