Commercial Cheesemaking

Food Centre Wales provides cheesemaking training specially designed to support food businesses. Our courses are aimed at commercial producers and established dairy businesses who want to develop their skills, strengthen standards and improve production processes.

Who is it for?

(Please note – our training is not designed for home-based or non-commercial cheesemaking workshops.)
