This practical, in person workshop provides a valuable opportunity to strengthen your business resilience to food crime through a guided, real-world scenario.
Overview
Delivered by trained fraud prevention officers from the National Food Crime Unit, this interactive session is based on a realistic food fraud scenario.
Working in small groups, participants will assess evolving situations, make decisions and explore how these decisions impact different areas of a business. The session highlights the importance of cross functional working, particularly across technical, procurement, product development and production teams.
